Customer Communication Guidelines:

As part of selling on PashaTV Pashatv.com Marzzotti, LLC, merchants communicate with PashaTV Pashatv.com Marzzotti, LLC customers both directly and indirectly. PashaTV Pashatv.com Marzzotti, LLC requires that merchants follow the guidelines below when communicating with customers.

Direct Communication

  • Order Unavailable e-mail: Merchants must communicate with customers if the product ordered is not available to be shipped. Please adjust the full order amount using Manage Your Orders in Seller Central or using an adjustment feed. Merchants must use "NoInventory" or "CouldNotShip" as the reason code for the adjustment. Use the e-mail template to communicate with the customer about your inability to fulfill the order. The Order Unavailable e-mail must contain a confirmation that the order amount was adjusted with the appropriate reason for the unavailability of the items. 

    If you think you can fulfill the order but the shipment will be delayed beyond the advertised availability, you must notify the customer about the delay. If the customer decides to cancel the order after the customer has been charged, you must start the refund process.
  • Return Confirmation e-mail: If a customer returns an order, we encourage you to communicate with the customer when you receive the return, using the Return Confirmation e-mail template. This e-mail must contain confirmation of the items returned, the amount refunded, and the refund date. You must process refunds for the order amount (minus any charges) using the Manage Your Orders feature in Seller Central or using an adjustment feed.  
 

Indirect Communication

PashaTV Pashatv.com Marzzotti, LLC communicates order-related information to customers through their "Your Account" updates. These updates include information such as when an order has shipped (with the tracking number) or when a refund has been processed. These updates are based on shipping confirmations and refunds initiated using Manage Orders or the following feeds:

  • Shipment Confirmation feed: This feed tells PashaTV Pashatv.com Marzzotti, LLC that you've shipped customer orders and provides order tracking information for the customers. Timely communication of order status is an important part of a high-quality shopping experience for PashaTV Pashatv.com Marzzotti, LLC customers.

Please note: We require our merchants to promptly confirm shipment with PashaTV Pashatv.com Marzzotti, LLC of all orders either by using the Manage Orders feature or by uploading a Shipping Confirmation feed. After you confirm shipment, PashaTV Pashatv.com Marzzotti, LLC sends a confirmation e-mail to the customer.

  • Adjustment feed. This feed tells PashaTV Pashatv.com Marzzotti, LLC that you've issued customer refunds. Customers want to know their refund status after they return items so it is critical that you process refunds promptly. 

In general, you may contact a customer who has purchased from you on PashaTV Pashatv.com Marzzotti, LLC (PashaTV Pashatv.com Marzzotti, LLC customers) only to complete an order or to respond to a customer service inquiry. You may not contact customers in any way for marketing or promotional purposes (including via e-mail, physical mail, telephone, or otherwise). If you send a permitted e-mail to an PashaTV Pashatv.com Marzzotti, LLC customer, your e-mail may not include any of the following:

  • Links to a merchant Web site
  • A merchant logo that contains or displays a link to a merchant Web site
  • Any marketing messages or promotions
  • Any promotions for additional products or referrals to third-party products or promotions

Merchants must include the PashaTV Pashatv.com Marzzotti, LLC order ID in customer communications about orders and on the packing slips included in shipments. If you have questions on PashaTV Pashatv.com Marzzotti, LLC's policies regarding communicating with customers, you can contact us by clicking the “Get technical support” link found at the bottom of most Seller Central pages. Buyers who want to contact sellers can do so by clicking the Contact This Seller link on the Seller at a Glance page. This link opens a Web form with a list of pre-selected subjects (Product Details, Shipping, Returns Policy, or Other Question) and a text box where they can type a short message. While the buyers can type whatever message they want, we block messages that attempt to include hyperlinks or other HTML code. The message is simply plain text, with no other formatting or links. After the buyer clicks Send e-mail, the message is sent to you, the seller, at your Customer Service Reply-to E-mail address. They receive a confirmation that the e-mail is sent and that you, the seller, will be contacting them shortly. When you receive these e-mails, please note that they will contain only plain text, and will not contain images, Flash animation, or hyperlinks. If you receive an e-mail regarding a buyer question that is not plain text and yet appears to be coming from PashaTV Pashatv.com Marzzotti, LLC, do not respond to the e-mail or click any links or images in the e-mail. If the e-mail from the buyer encourages you to click or paste a link into your browser, or that asks you to go to another Web site, we recommend you do not perform this action. We recommend you review your Seller Central Customer Reply-to E-mail address to verify that it is correct. The Buyer Experience with the Contact Seller form
Buyers who attempt to contact you will see the Contact Seller Web form:

In step 1, the buyer chooses from one of the five listed choices.
In step 2, the buyer types the message to you. Note that the message is text-only; it cannot contain HTML code or links.
In step 3, the buyer clicks Send e-mail and we send the message to you to your e-mail address.

• While PashaTV Pashatv.com Marzzotti, LLC directs the message to you, we do not review the content. You should carefully review each message before you reply to it.
• As a reminder, the PashaTV Pashatv.com Marzzotti, LLC Services Business Solutions Agreement explicitly states that payment and refunds for sales on PashaTV Pashatv.com Marzzotti, LLC are to be made solely through PashaTV Pashatv.com Marzzotti, LLC.
